Quantum Energy Program - Overview
The universe is alive with energy, nothing exits without it. Everything you see and most of
what you don’t is full of waves and vibrations. No matter where you go or what you do, you’re
constantly sending and receiving energy, and you live in a confluence of unseen frequencies
all the time. In fact, you are actually being bombarded from all directions! If you take a
moment to think about the TV, radio, telephone, and satellite signals of every kind - they all
send out frequencies!
You resemble one of those satellites, picking up signals from other individuals and projecting
signals of your own. You broadcast the energy that determines your consequences. You’re
wired for this and whether you realize it or not, the results you’ve been getting are due to the
vibrations of your own personal energy field. The beautiful thing about this is that if you don’t
like what’s coming in, you’re always free to change what you’re sending out.
The course is a series of 8 classes. During each class, you will learn new skills and tools
through discussion, exercises and handouts. By the end of the series you will have a much
greater understanding of how Energy works and how to use it to manifest all that you desire!

QUANTUM STUDIES – LIGHT WORKER CERTIFICATE PROGRAM

Feb 5 - Seeking Guidance from noon-2pm
Who do you turn to when you need confirmation, help or direction? We can access many
levels of assistance through an alpha meditation. You will be guided on several small
journeys to tap into sources of inspiration and guidance. You will learn to trust your own
knowing and imagination as part of the communication process.

March 4 - Grounding and Protection from noon-2pm
For many light workers being sensitive to the energy around us is what makes us good at
what we do. But what do you do when the energy you pick up is negative or confusing? How
can you protect yourself and still remain open and in communication with the universe? In
this workshop we will explore and practice several techniques, giving you an ample tool kit
for all of your grounding and protection needs.

April 8 – Perception from noon-2pm
Using our imagination and being in communication with the universe is a part of the light worker’s spiritual path. During this class, students will learn what methods and practices
are available to sharpen and open their 'other' sense pathways. Exercises to deep your
perception abilities will be practiced.

May 6 - Remote Viewing and Distant Healing from noon-2pm
Remote viewing is a way to access information about a person or place from a distance.
By using the threads or energy pathways that connect us to the web of the universe, we
can gain deep insight into the nature or a person or a place. When combined with distance
healing, remote viewing can strengthen the focus of your healing intention.

June 3 – Path-working and the Web of Life from noon-2pm
All around us is energy. All matter is made of energy and all energy communicates infor-
mation in waves and particles. From the smallest grain of sand to the largest whale in the
ocean, we are surrounded by beings that want to be in communication with us. In this class
we will learn how to open ourselves up to communication and receiving energy and gifts
from the web of life around us.

October 7 - Sacred Spaces and Mediation from noon-2pm
Learn how to create sacred space and to smudge and clear negative energies. All matter
consists of energy in waves and particles. We are constantly interacting and exchanging
information with the world around us. By learning these easy to implement techniques you
can create a positive energetic atmosphere to create harmony and start your own meditation
practice.

November 4 - Altered States of Consciousness from noon-2pm
Learn to participate in the exchange of information on a deeper level through altered brain
states. In this class we will learn about brain states, in particular, alpha and theta and we will
learn how to access those states through meditation.

December 2 - Re-writing the past and En-visioning the future from noon-2pm
In this workshop we are going to learn how to cut the cords from past events that no longer
serve our spiritual path. We are also going to learn about en-visioning and manifesting our
present and future. This will close the Light Worker series and set you on your path of
healing and spiritual growth.

February 4th and 18th 2:30 – 4:30pm 2012

Guided Meditation Parts 1 and 2
In this two-part section, students will learn how to use basic breath work techniques to guide
their clients into deep states of relaxation. They will also learn to use the frequency of sound
(their voice) to guide their clients' on a healing journey. Learning this process will enhance
their treatment sessions, allowing for maximum healing to take place. These techniques will
also aid in establishing a nurturing relationship with their clients.
This class will include an overview of the different parts of the brain and individual brain
states of consciousness. Students will learn how to create sacred space. They will also learn
the basic components of a guided meditation. Breakout Groups will be formed and a
meditation that will be used in Session #4 will be developed.
