This workshop will assist you in understanding the energy centers (Chakras) of the human
body and their relationship to physical disease and emotional distress. Chakra locations and
colors along with the basic healing hand positions will be taught. Students will be introduced
to the Chakra Mudras for meditation. Energy sensing exercises will be taught and students
will have an opportunity to meet “Chakra Charlie” and play the chakra game during this
highly interactive workshop. Registration required.

This workshop will teach the role breath plays in your health and ability to heal. A discussion
of how breath interacts with your physical and emotional body is included along with practical
exercises and techniques for balancing your body’s energy system and promoting relaxation
foroptimal health. You will learn to use your breath to send energy to areas in your body that
are in need of balancing and healing. Basic information on the chakras and hand mudras are
included in this workshop.

This course is the first of seven Workshops with Certificate (one class per month held the third
Tuesday of each month). With all the names for and symptoms of all the physical/emotional
imbalances that permeate our society, it can be very confusing for an energy worker to know
where to being and what techniques to use during an energy healing session. During this
workshop series, students will learn healing techniques for physical and emotional dis-ease
related to each chakra. The course will teach students how to test and sense the energy of
each chakra and provide instruction in energy healing and Reiki hand healing techniques for
specific illness-es and emotional imbalances. Students will also learn color, crystal and aura
healing techniques.

This course will include a discussion of the basic crystals and their properties, color therapy,
geometric shapes, the use of pendulums, Radionics (healing from a distance), and meditation.
The advanced class will include stone layouts, the wearing of stone jewelry, crystal cleansing
methods, elixirs and crystal programming. Students will also learn to use stones to clear the
aura. Each class will incorporate a demonstration, hands on portion and a partner sharing.

Students will learn and explore different stones and techniques that can be used to clean
auras and extract negativity from the body. Students are welcome to bring their favorite
stones and pendulums as everyone will be giving and receiving an aura cleanse as part
of the class. Pre requisites: background in Reiki, massage or other healing techniques and
Crystal basic class.

Students will learn some basics of Numerology with the Numeric alphabet and how to
incorporate the alphabet with stone layouts, healings and meditation. Students will work
out certain aspects in their own charts and finish with a meditation.
